Set-Up: Zone Settings

The Merchant Dashboard is the interface you will use to list your products, view your sales and analytics, manage your account information and subscriptions, and more! The Dashboard is designed for ease-of-use, but should you need any clarifications then resources such as this Handbook, the chat bubble on the bottom right of your browser, and our Contact Us page are available to you.

Shipping Set-Up: Zone Settings #

Hitting the “Edit” button below a zone’s name in the “Shipping Settings” window will bring you the “Zone Settings” window. From here, you can specify whether to include or exclude specific locations within that zone, as well as assign available shipping methods to that zone.

To add a shipping method to your zone, simply click the “Add Shipping Method” button located below the Shipping Methods box. Clicking this button will cause a box to pop up, which will allow you to choose a single shipping method from a dropdown list. Once you have chosen the shipping method you want to add to your zone, hit the “Add Shipping Method” button to add the selected method to your zone. If you wish to add more than one shipping method to your zone, just repeat this process until you have what you need.

After adding a shipping method to your zone, it will appear in the Shipping Method window. You will notice a toggleable button to activate and deactivate that particular method. If, for any reason, you need to temporarily deactivate or activate a shipping method, this is how you would do it. Additionally, same as before, if you mouse over a shipping method, a list of links will appear below the name of the shipping method. Clicking the “Edit” button will allow you to change the settings of that particular method, which is described in the next section: “Method Settings”.
