The Dashboard is designed for ease-of-use, but should you need any clarifications then resources such as this Handbook, the chat bubble on the bottom right of your browser, and our Contact Us page are available to you.
Product Types #
The [dephoro] Marketplace allows merchants to list their products in six different ways:
Simple Products: A simple product is a unique, stand-alone, physical product that you may have to ship to the customer.
Variable Products: Variable products offer a set of variations on a product, with control over prices, stock, image and more for each variation.
Grouped Products: A grouped product allows you, as a store owner, to add additional products to another product (known as the parent product). So when a customer searches for this product, similar products will be displayed alongside it.
Simple Subscriptions: Let customers subscribe to your products or services and pay on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.
Variable Subscriptions: For each variation, you can set a different sign up fee, trial period, billing period, billing interval and subscription length.
Auction Products¹: Create regular, proxy, sealed (silent) and reverse auctions.
1: This product type is NOT enabled by default and must be requested. We restrict our Auction House product listings to unique, one-of-a-kind items only.
